ART SHOW: serenityscapes featured painter, Constance Holden Constance Holden, primarily a portrait painter, approaches each portrait with the intention to capture the subject's own unique personality.  She approaches her landscape paintings the same way, capturing the unique character - the inherent serenity of nature - of every plant, tree and rock.

featured artist CONSTANCE HOLDEN   Constance Holden is originally from Massachusetts but bas been a science writer for many years in Washington, D.C.  She is also a classical pianist and took up oil painting around 1990. She feels that art and science make for a very well-rounded world of interests - both are bottomless, and both are uncompromisingly about truth.
