- aromatherapy massage: using essential oils to enhance the therapeutic effects of the massage, so you are refreshed and revitalized add $15 to rate
- chair massage: a 5-15 minute tune-up for people on the go, addressing neck, back, shoulders, arms and head, a quick and easy way to ease stress, using special massage chair and done clothed without lotion. Available for off-site events. Call Allison or Melissa for quotes and to book.
- deep tissue massage: invigorating massage to promote flexibility and reduce muscle tension, includes classic Swedish strokes, cross fiber friction, pressure point work and joint mobilization
- oncology massage: designed for those under diagnosis, in treatment, or for survivors of cancer
- myofascial release uses slow, gentle, continuous stretching in the area of restriction until the body decides on its own to "release" and return to a more normal state

A Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, is a healing energy therapy. Reiki can assist with relaxation, decrease pain, anxiety, promote health, wound healing and release of emotion. Reiki is received through a series of light hand placements on the client's fully clothed body. Reiki is widely used in conjunction with western medicine resulting in positive feedback. |

Release muscle tension, relieve anxiety, increase flexibility and encourage correct alignment with Thai yoga bodywork. Techniques include: acupressure, myofascial-stretching and ultra-relaxing assisted yoga postures to bring relief, as well as the feeling of being open, balanced and re-energized.
